When does the Daily Bolt reset?
At midnight in your own time zone. Everyone gets the same five verses for the same calendar date.
How do streaks work?
Play the Daily Bolt or the Daily Verse on consecutive days (your local calendar) and your streak grows. Miss a whole day and it starts again at 1.
I closed the app in the middle of a Daily Bolt.
Your game is saved after every verse, and the clock pauses while you're away. Open the app and tap Resume Daily Bolt to pick up where you left off, with the time you had left.
Can I play offline?
Yes. The game and the full King James text live on your device, and today's Daily Bolt can be worked out without a connection. Scores sync to the leaderboards the next time you're online.
How do I delete my data?
Open the You tab → Settings → Delete account (or Delete my data if you play as a guest). Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also email us from the address on your account.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type in the 6-digit code we send you along with a new password. Codes expire after 15 minutes. Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices.
Is Bible Bolt affiliated with a church or publisher?
No. Bible Bolt is made by an independent developer. The King James Version text is in the public domain.
